These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fuelstate, a mobile application and related website operated by Fuelstate LLC. By using Fuelstate, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Fuelstate provides sports nutrition planning, fueling reminders, activity review, and related runner-focused tools for informational purposes. Fuelstate is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietitian guidance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuelstate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Fuelstate complies with applicable laws and any rules that apply to your health, training, racing, or athletic participation.
Sports nutrition disclaimer
Fuelstate recommendations are estimates based on the information available to the app. Individual nutrition needs vary. Consult a physician, registered dietitian, or qualified professional before changing your nutrition protocol, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have a history of gastrointestinal, metabolic, cardiovascular, or eating-related concerns.
Account and data accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate information. Incorrect body metrics, run details, product data, or health inputs may produce inaccurate fueling guidance.
Purchases and subscriptions
If Fuelstate offers paid features, purchases are processed through Apple or another stated provider. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the provider's policies and the purchase screen shown at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Fuelstate, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, access data without authorization, or use Fuelstate in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Fuelstate, the Fuelstate name, app design, website, software, and related content are owned by Fuelstate LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Fuelstate intellectual property.
Third-party services
Fuelstate may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health, Strava, RevenueCat, Supabase, Sentry, and other providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Fuelstate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuelstate LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fuelstate.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Fuelstate or others, or use the service unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Fuelstate evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
